Well, as the weather men predicted we woke to pouring rain this morning. It is suppose to rain all day so we headed out to the National Naval Aviation Museum.
We spent the entire day at the museum which was absolutely fantastic. We never knew there were so many different iterations of war planes and helicopters. We also took in a show on the Hubble telescope in the I-Max theater. Unfortunately we did not see the entire museum because we ran out of time.

The ride back to the CG was nerve-racking. Just as we were leaving the museum a torrential downpour began and did not end until we were almost back home. We were told that the road to the CG can wash out so, would we be able to get back to the MH and Jewel??? Yep, we did and the rain continued off and on through the night.
It is suppose to be a clear day tomorrow so we plan to finish the museum and check out a couple of forts and the Pensacola Lighthouse.
